1. What Ludorbi is

Ludorbi brings together the rules of traditional games from around the world and keeps the score of the games you play with real cards, real dice and real bowls. It is not a game: you do not play in Ludorbi, you play next to it.

The app is published by Guillaume POUPPA-BEJUY, sole trader operating under the trade name E-3P (SIREN 432 873 131). Using the app means accepting these terms.

2. The rules are given for information

Each sheet describes a documented practice, established from the sources it cites. Traditional games vary from one region, club and table to another: in case of disagreement, your table's convention prevails.

Ludorbi does not replace a federation's rulebook for an official game, and does not guarantee that the published rules are accurate or complete.

3. What the publisher refuses to do

A scoring table that could not be confirmed by a reliable source is not rebuilt from memory: the game concerned is simply not offered for scoring. A plausible but wrong scoring table would be worse than a missing one — it cannot be spotted by reading it.

4. Reporting a rule or a count you believe is inaccurate

You know a rule differently? You count the points another way? Write to us. Every sheet in the app carries a button that opens a pre-filled message with the name of the game, or write directly to contact@e-3p.com.

Your request is checked, and the sheet corrected if needed, within 30 working days. If you can, please say where your version of the rule comes from: a named source settles the question, a conviction alone does not.

An accepted correction is published in an update of the app. A disagreement that comes from a local practice rather than an error is noted as such in the sheet, without being settled: two tables can be right at the same time.

5. No gambling

The catalogue describes traditional games some of which are played, in real life, for money: poker, baccarat, blackjack, sette e mezzo.

Ludorbi does not allow any stake, real or fictitious. It sells no chips and no virtual currency, pays out no winnings, organises no game and puts no one in contact. When a sheet mentions chips, it is a ledger: the app notes who owes what to whom, exactly like a sheet of paper on the table. What the players then do with that count is their own business, and their sole responsibility.

6. Advertising and the ad-free purchase

Ludorbi is free and funded by advertising. A video is offered before each scoring session, and a banner is shown on the home screen and in the settings. Never while you are counting your points.

The one-time purchase “Stop the ads” (€4.99) removes the video and the banner, permanently and on all your devices linked to the same store account. It is not a subscription. Payment, refunds and the right of withdrawal are governed by the terms of the App Store or Google Play, the only intermediaries of the transaction. The “Restore my purchases” button in the settings restores the purchase on a new device.

7. Ownership

The rules of traditional games are in the public domain: nobody owns the rules of belote. However, the wording of the sheets, the illustrations, the icons and the app's code are the property of the publisher.

A game whose scoring system is protected by copyright is not published: this is why American mahjong, whose yearly card belongs to the National Mah Jongg League, is not in the catalogue.

8. Liability

The app is provided as is. The publisher cannot be held liable for a dispute arising during a game, for a wrongly entered score, or for the consequences of a rule that differs from your table's practice. Nothing in this article excludes the liability that French law makes inalienable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action: write to contact@e-3p.com. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
